November 4th, 2008 is going to mark a day to remember is US history as one of these men become the new leader of our county. Our “free” country is changing drastically and at an alarming rate. God only knows the path we are on, and where it will take our nation in the next few years. I only know that I will never stop praying for the elected party. If it be Obama or McCain , they will need our fervent prayers in these times.

My computer had been acting very strange this last month. At random times when I would open it and wake it from sleep it would barf a up a buch of flashing shapes with trippy colors up on the display. I wouldn’t have minded if it has only done it once but it has been happening on an almost daily basis.

So today I took it too the apple store and them take a look at it. Because I didn’t want them to think I was lieing or just out of my mind, I took a picture with to show them what it looked like. (see the photo below)

It turns out my computer has a bad logic board and has to be replaced. For those of you who don’t know what a logic board is it like a mother board for laptops it holds everything: graphics card, CPU, memory, network card and more.

He told me it would cost $900+ to fix!
Luckly it’s only 6 months old and still under warrintee. Thank the lord for 1 year warrintees!

If all goes well I should have back by Monday.

Jaime and I both just finished reading the book “The life and times of The Thunderbolt Kid” by Bill Bryson its hilarious book! I would recommend any of Bill Brysons books he has very to easy read writing style and great sense of humor.

Am I alone in thinking it odd that a people ingenious enough to invent paper, gunpowder, kites and any number of other useful objects, and who have a noble history extending back 3,000 years haven’t yet worked out that a pair of knitting needles is no way to capture food?”
